Bailey Sessions, MS, APC, NCC is an Atlanta-based Mental Health Counselor, whose work aims to address substance use and addictive disorders, as well as anxiety, adjustment issues, depression and other mood disorders, personality disorders, relationship distress, shame, and grief/loss. Individual counseling sessions are structured to holistically target presenting behavioral concerns and encourage insight, self-awareness, and emotion-regulation with interventions based in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Her practice is built upon the principles of inclusivity, cultural sensitivity, and increased access for those in need.
